Responsible for designing efficient compliant and implementable solutions for one of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business areas: HR KYC/AML (Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering) or Procurement. Bridge customer needs and the delivery team to ensure solutions align with business objectives technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness supporting the stable delivery and optimized upgrade of BPO services.
- Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Computer Science Software Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in BPO solution design with in-depth expertise in one of the fields: HR KYC/AML or Procurement and familiarity with the business processes and industry compliance requirements of the corresponding field.
- Proficient in solution architecture design capable of independently completing the full-process design from requirements to solutions; priority will be given to candidates with successful BPO solution implementation cases.
- Familiar with common BPO tools and systems (e.g. HR SaaS tools KYC compliance verification platforms procurement management systems) and understand the cost accounting logic of outsourcing business.
