We are seeking a new colleague to join our IT Workplace Team at our location in Livonia, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and initiatives mainly inside (and outside) of the basic workplace pillar with the goal to foster active networking, collaboration, innovation, flexibilization and knowhow exchange while leveraging your external / independent perspective.
• Act as a Versatilist and maintain a deep understanding of the technical architecture in IT Basic Workplace and understand how this will be evolved for the upcoming years.
• Work closely with the governance teams to assure that related requirements are fulfilled within projects they respond (always project-related).
• Provide flexible technical and organizational project / topic support within Basic Workplace. Enable collaboration of end-to-end services in cross-pillar projects, question current approaches and introduce innovative solutions, and enable knowledge exchange and maintenance.
• Manage and support the development and rollouts of user demands within basic workplace and related services.
• Exchange among other Solution Experts regarding project and collaboration experience as well as technical expertise.
• Provide project-based cooperation with End-to-End Technical Service Owners and (Cross) Function Owners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience
• Expert knowledge of relevant IT-topics, including collaboration, communication, office productivity and e-messaging
• Business, customer, team, employee, and technical empathy
• General expertise in IT technology and architecture
• Open-minded communication, motivation, and analytical skills
• Profound project management skills and experience
• Intercultural and social awareness and competencies
