Stay hungry, Stay foolish! What's the role: As aSolution Managerat Menusifu, you will be the key to our customers' success. You will lead the full customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to long-term relationship management. This role requires a blend of excellent project management skills and a passion for customer success to ensure a seamless integration of our restaurant management solutions and foster long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding & Project Management: • Lead the comprehensive onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of our restaurant solutions. • Manage onboarding schedules, timelines, and communications, ensuring customers are always informed of their progress. • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Service) to ensure a seamless and high-quality onboarding experience. • Conduct remote assessments and on-site sessions for new customers, empowering them to effectively use our POS system. • Track and report on onboarding progress and key performance metrics. Relationship & Account Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers during and after the onboarding phase. • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to drive user engagement and retention. • Proactively identify and address any customer issues, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure a positive user experience. • Gather and deliver customer feedback to internal teams to continuously improve our products and services. What You Bring to the Table: • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer onboarding or customer success. • Exceptional project management abilities, with a history of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. • A passion for technology and a deep understanding of restaurant operations. • A proactive and autonomous work style, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet key deadlines. Who You Are (Your Qualifications): We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who can thrive as aSolution Manager. The ideal candidate has: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. • A Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a Restaurant General Manager or a similar role in the service industry. • 1+ years of experience with POS (Point of Sale) software. • Proven experience in customer onboarding, training, or customer success. • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM software. • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a Product Manager or Project Manager role. • A network certification (e.g., CCNA/CCNP).
