Solution Supply Chain Planner

This position Manages P2P process and Key interface of the plant regarding purchasing productivity and supplier management; manages relations between the procurement organization and the plant/Project managers/Tendering and business stakes.

• Manage RFI/RFQ & negotiation.
• Update and monitor Supplier list.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to drive continues improvement and long-term collaboration, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and addressing any issues that may arise and lead return of experience activities.
• Contribute to risk analysis.
• Plan, priortitizes, coordinates and evaluates the work of the procurement unit; Assures that standards are maintained and that work is completed withing established deadlines.
• Inputs or reviews purchase requisitions into workday, ensuring compliance with procurement and accounting standards and monitoring workday for timely processing of requests and managing P2P process
• Colaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and support divisions to clearly understand procurement services and perform toot cause analysis of deviations.
• Manage performance analysis and action plans to improve purchasing efficiency.
• Provide specific support to purchasing teams dedicated tools and/or technical purchasing issues.
• Ensures policies and procedures with all relevant laws, rules and regulations and streamlines administrative processing to ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and alignment with internal purchasing audits (PES)
• Provide reqular spend reports and procurement KPIs to leadership and identify cost-saving oportunities where possible.
• Perform other duties as required in procurement field.

Qualifications

Education
1 Preferred University Degree (prefered in engineering, procurement, accounting or international operations)
2 Any supply chain or Procurement certification is an asset

Language requirements
1 English fluency is a must
2 Another language will be valuable

Experience
1 Supplier Management experience 1-3 Years.
2 Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing

Skills requirements
1 Strong presentation and communications skills.
2 Advanced in Microsoft packages or similar and procurment sofware.
3 Team Player
4 Being familiar with SAP, S4 Hana Titan, ...
5 Proactive & Indipendent; taking ownership of purchasing activities and buld scalable proces as we grow.
6 Highly organized.
7 Collaborative Problem Solver; should partner with demand planning, operation and project team to anticipate and solve supply challenge.
