Job Description

We need a capable solutions architect and analyst to help us maintain and grow ESP-x our mainline product! We seek people who are enthusiastic about system design helping teams grow and delivering world class solution to our enterprise customers.


What You Will Do

  • Analyze and design information systems to prepare tenders RFPs and define custom developments of our existing mainline application ESPx.
  • Meet with stakeholders and customers to gather and document requirements.
  • Evaluate how to implement customer needs with our current application offering and propose improvements to the application to benefit the whole user base.
  • With the internal team and stakeholders estimate deliveries team sizes and resource allocations to deliver projects on time on spec and with high quality to our customers.
  • Communicate to customers and internally through functional specifications architectural diagrams and initiative RFCs.

About you

  • You have a proven ability to design software solutions based on existing software that satisfy customer needs while minimizing internal cost of delivery.
  • You are skilled at understanding stakeholders and customer needs. You can translate them into RFC documents functional specs and architectural diagrams (e.g. C4 diagrams).
  • You have a strong knowledge of modern software architecture patterns.
  • You understand SRE practices: networking cloud VPNs
  • You have prior expertise in the .NET stack and a strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • You are an expert at agile software estimation and team sizing. You can bridge the gap between waterfall expectations and agile delivery.
