Solutions Architect

Job Title: Solutions Architect - BFSI

Location: Chennai / Pune

Experience: 15+ years

Tech Stack: Java, REST, Postgres or any RDBMS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices, Cloud and BFSI experience

Primary Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Architecture & Design patterns including Microservices, Cloud-native, API-First, and Event-driven architecture styles.

Expertise in Card (Credit/Debit/Pre-paid) Processing domain.

Certification in TOGAF or Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure SA).

Proficiency in Java, REST, Postgres or any RDBMS, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

Experience:

Extensive experience in implementing solutions in the Banking domain.

Familiarity with Banking industry frameworks such as BIAN, Open banking, and ISO20022.

Broad knowledge and experience in applying architecture/design principles in Scalable Web Architectures, API-First design, Event-driven architecture, Cloud-native, Microservices/Serverless computing, DevSecOps, and Data Migration.

Minimum 15 years of experience in defining and delivering Solution Architecture for large programs, digital transformations, and point solutions.

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions covering Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet project objectives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture and design processes.

Act as a subject matter expert on architecture-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certification in TOGAF or Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure SA) is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

Experience in the BFSI domain is highly desirable.
