We're looking for a Solution Architect to create and deliver compelling workflows for our Template Library for use by our customers and prospects.
 
Responsibilities
  • Update existing workflow templates as new functionality or integrations are available, simplifying and enhancing the solution for our customers
  • Provide feedback to the R&D teams on trends and insights we are seeing from our customer driven use-cases
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team by presenting our no-code solution via Webinars and assisting with blogs
  • Research trends of existing use-cases in use by customers and build workflows for the Template Library on the most common solutions  Research Security Products and create integrations with Torq
Requirements
  • Curiosity and creativity in solving unique customer problems
  • Extensive knowledge in the Security and Operations Field
  • Knowledge or experience of APIs / API integrations
  • Experience with Scripting and ability to work with JSON data
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) highly preferred
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in operations or cloud service environments and related platforms (EDR/XDR/CSPM/SEIM)
  • Experience using workflow automation tools in a professional or personal context
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to collaborate with a team
