Solutions Consultant (Post-Sales) - Remote

This is a remote position with approximately 25% of the time traveling. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping our department. You’ll partner with our largest customers throughout the implementation process, mapping their business processes, understanding their needs, and crafting detailed functional requirements for any gaps in our system. You will also spearhead collaboration with our product team, ensuring a seamless handoff of requirements to engineering. 

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

• Work with customers throughout the implementation process to map out their business processes.
• Use those maps to find any gaps in the ability of the Pallet system to support their business processes.
• Create statements of work for the client which give an explanation of what features will be built as part of the implementation process.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing (UAT) once development is complete.
• Ensure customers can perform all core workflows within the Pallet system.
• Continue to support customers post-implementation.
• Ensure successful adoption of the system.
• Drive ongoing improvements based on customer feedback and needs.
• Play a pivotal role in building and shaping the Solutions Consultant department.
• Establish best practices and set the foundation for future Solutions Consultants.

YOU HAVE

• 2-7 years of solutions consultant experience or relevant experiences 
• Experience writing functional requirements for complex needs
• Experience mapping complex business processes 
• Experience working directly with customers and setting expectations with clients
• A strong sense of urgency 
• Ability to help create initial process and shape a new function at Pallet

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

Step 2: ✍️ Proficiency Assessment -  ~2 hrs to complete 

Step 3:  💬 Behavioral Interview with a team member - 30-45 mins 

Step 4: 🗣️ Final Remote Interview - 4 hours

COMPENSATION RANGE

$90,000-$120,000 and generous equity
