Opportunity
The Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in demonstrating the value of the UJET platform and helping to drive contact center transformation. You will collaborate with prospects, customers, and the Sales team, providing technical pre-sales and product demonstration support to drive platform adoption. This position also supports the broader Solutions Consulting team as a technical resource for developing proofs-of-concepts and helping to configure and maintain the pre-sales demonstration environment. As a Solutions Specialist, you will develop broad and deep expertise within the product and across the range of contact center management and operational methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the value proposition of the UJET platform and solution through highly customized product demonstrations.Â
- Collaborate in a fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs, and pain points.Â
- Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with UJET’s Product and Engineering teams on strategic roadmap initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Create strategic and technical sales strategies, presentations, and product demonstrations for UJET’s Mid-Market team.Â
- Configure and design proofs-of-concept and demo environments for customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersÂ
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year in a client-facing sales, presales, or consulting roleÂ
- Proficiency and experience with various sales methodologies (preferably MEDDIC)
- Hands-on experience working with one or more popular CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, SAP, etc.)Â
- Proven team player – experience selling with an AE
- Experience with technology stacks including CRM, communication platforms, analytics, personalization technologies, and homegrown customer databases
- Highly dependable, self-starter, and high energy with a positive attitude.Â
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
