The position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of procurement and operational activities across the organization. The Sourcing Analyst will develop and interpret spend analytics, manage company-wide programs and vendor maintenance, create and run formal RFPs. The position requires ongoing collaboration with various business groups and leaders to identify strategic sourcing needs and opportunities. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required for this position.

Drive continuous operational and procurement improvements:
- Develop and interpret financial analysis that drive continuous operational improvement.
- Establish strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Proficiently use technology, with advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Manage vendor relationships

Program Management:
- Perform financial analysts of credit card and invoice spend on a month, quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure policy is followed by reviewing cardholder statements and receipts.
- Assist in managing the company's office supply and small parcel package program.
- Conduct compliance audits and problem-solving activities for the company's contingent workers.

Conduct administration tasks:
- Accurately report financial impact data from sourcing events.
- Prepare analytical reports to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Conduct invoice and spend data mining.
- Manage sourcing databases internal project records

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field (Procurement, Operations, Finance)

- Works effectively with all levels of management and collaborates with team members.
- Must have ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint
