What you’ll do: β€’ Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience β€’ Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials β€’ Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning β€’ Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations β€’ Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients β€’ Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness β€’ Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment β€’ Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise β€’ Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems) β€’ Coach, lead and develop restaurant team β€’ Drive continuous improvement Fox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
