Job Description

You will be responsible for of all aspects of kitchen operations including quality control, sanitation, food safety, training, and discipline of staff. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation for all restaurants and F&B outlets. Manages all kitchen operations and staff on a daily basis to ensure a consistent, high quality food product and motivates the team with a service driven desire to exceed the expectations of our guests. Responsibilities: ยท Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions. ยท Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in all areas of responsibility. ยท Assists in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced. ยท Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. ยท Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. ยท Provides direction for all day-to-day operations. ยท Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence or determine appropriate replacement to fill gaps. ยท Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. ยท Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others;
