Job Description

Executive Sous Chef We are seeking apassionate and driven Executive Sous Chefto join our culinary leadership team as the second-in-command of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringingenergy, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgencyto every service. As Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity across all outlets. You’ll be expected tomanage multiple venues simultaneously, support the Executive Chef in mentoring the team, and uphold the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet kitchen environment. • Strong culinary foundation rooted in classical technique. • Broad knowledge and genuine passion for a variety ofethnic and global cuisines. • A natural leader who motivates and develops staff while maintaining discipline and accountability. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute under pressure. • Creativity and innovation balanced with cost awareness and consistency.
