As Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Executive Chef—mentoring cooks, creating stunning plates, and keeping the kitchen humming with precision and energy. From coaching your team and managing inventory to innovating new dishes that wow our guests, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional standards Loch Bar is known for. What You’ll Do: • Lead, inspire, and train our back-of-house team—keeping the kitchen sharp, focused, and firing on all cylinders. • Partner with the Executive Chef to execute and innovate menus that reflect our style and exceed guest expectations. • Own the details: inventory, scheduling, food quality, safety, and sanitation. • Step up as acting Chef when needed, ensuring flawless operations from prep to plate. • Keep the vibe professional yet positive—discipline when needed, encouragement always. What We’re Looking For: • 2–4 years of high-volume fine dining experience. • A true leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen. • Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, troubleshooting, and safety. • Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to improvise under pressure. • A passion for food, people, and elevating the dining experience. What You’ll Bring to the Table: • High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary education a plus). • Proven leadership and ability to motivate a diverse kitchen team. • Commitment to excellence in both food quality and service.
