Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager – PM Dinner Service We’re hiring a talented Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our PM dinner service at a high-volume, fine dining restaurant in NYC. If you're passionate about great food, leadership, and delivering top-tier hospitality—we want to meet you.
