Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager

We are hiring Sous Chefs/Kitchen Managers with at least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience and who are ready to embrace growth, are open to learning and care about humble, dedicated leadership. Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager candidates will hold a high standard, ensure the execution of proper procedures and recipes, have excellent organizational skills and an ability to think on their feet while keeping a level head and a positive attitude. Must have ability and desire to develop and coach your team. Our Chefs set the standard for others, leading by example, and are committed to a positive and professional culture. Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager applicants need to be creative thinkers * develop plans and strategies effectively * have good manual dexterity * superior knife skills * good sense of smell and taste * perform well under stress * work accurately with attention to detail * open to learning and owning financials.
