About the role

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Souscripteur, Lignes spécialisées - Divertissement qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance et de notre rentabilité. Selon le bagage d’expérience du candidat sélectionné, le poste peut être de niveau junior, intermédiaire ou senior.

Vous aurez à souscrire des risques de différents niveaux de complexité en assurance Divertissement pour différents types d'entreprises dont des cinéastes, des entreprises connexes associées au secteur du cinéma et du divertissement, des entreprises de l’industrie du film et de la télévision et des producteurs de documentaires, vidéos corporatives, publicités, films éducatifs, vidéoclips et courts métrages.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Analyse des risques: Analyser les demandes de nouvelles affaires, renouvellements et modifications et prendre la dĂ©cision appropriĂ©e qui tient compte des besoins du client et des normes d’Intact.

  • Relation avec les courtiers: Participer Ă  des visites de courtiers, Ă  des Ă©vĂ©nements de l’industrie de l’assurance et aux Ă©vĂ©nements de marketing pour appuyer le dĂ©veloppement des affaires. Établir d’excellentes relations avec les courtiers.

  • Croissance: Fournir le soutien nĂ©cessaire au courtier en expliquant nos produits et nos normes de souscription afin d'offrir la meilleure solution au client. Obtenir l'engagement du courtier à prĂ©senter notre offre. Collaborer Ă  des initiatives de croissance. Jouer un rĂ´le clĂ© et ĂŞtre proactif au niveau du dĂ©veloppement des affaires.

  • Gestion des prioritĂ©s: Établir ses prioritĂ©s et s'adapter au besoin selon les urgences. Bien gĂ©rer les demandes des courtiers afin de respecter les standards de service et rencontrer les objectifs.

  • AmĂ©lioration continue: Participer et collaborer Ă  l’amĂ©lioration de produits et de formulaires existants qui appuient les objectifs de croissance et de rentabilitĂ© de l’entreprise. Proposer des solutions crĂ©atives sur les façons d’amĂ©liorer le service et d’accroĂ®tre l’efficacitĂ©.

Ce que vous mettrez Ă  profit :

  • Certification en droit du divertissement/des mĂ©dias ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expĂ©rience Ă©quivalente.

  • DĂ©tenir le titre de professionnel d’assurance agréé (PAA ou de FPAA) ou un certificat en gestion des risques (CRM) est considĂ©rĂ© comme un atout.

  • ExpĂ©rience en souscription de risques dans le secteur du divertissement ou au moins cinq ans d’expĂ©rience en assurance des entreprises avec des connaissances dans le secteur du divertissement.

  • Sens des affaires et aptitude Ă  dĂ©velopper et Ă  maintenir d'excellentes relations avec le rĂ©seau de courtage.

  • Excellentes habiletĂ©s interpersonnelles de communication et de collaboration. HabiletĂ©s Ă  nĂ©gocier avec les courtiers.

  • Sens de l’organisation, capacitĂ© Ă  travailler pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise et Ă  s’adapter aux changements et Ă  un rythme de travail rapide.

  • Attitude proactive, esprit d’équipe et capacitĂ© Ă  faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie.

  • ĂŠtre orientĂ© vers le client, les rĂ©sultats et les solutions.

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  prendre des dĂ©cisions en situation d’urgence, Ă  traiter des problèmes complexes, Ă  recommander des plans d’action et Ă  prendre des risques calculĂ©s.

  • Bilinguisme tant Ă  l'oral qu'Ă  l'Ă©crit (Français / Anglais) – NĂ©cessitĂ© d’interagir sur une base rĂ©gulière avec des collègues partout au pays.

  • Aucune expĂ©rience de travail au Canada requise, mais nĂ©cessitĂ© d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
