In joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the security industry, allowing you to contribute positively to a safe and secure environment.Responsibilities • Conduct security assessments in high-risk environments • Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity • Monitor and control access points during events • Respond swiftly to security incidents according to protocol • Assist law enforcement agencies during emergencies • Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers • Execute emergency response procedures and contribute to incident reports • Asset protection, principal escort, access control, guest protection & principal protectionRequirements • Proven experience in armed security or law enforcement • Valid firearm license and certification (Open Carry Permit) CCW a plus • Possess own firearm • Must have own duty belt • Strong physical fitness and ability to handle stressful situations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Knowledge of security technology and surveillance systems • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Crisp uniform and/or black suite required INDAS Allstate Security provides professional security services throughout California – from San Francisco down to Los Angeles, and continuing all the way through our headquarters area in San Diego, CA.
