Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision. What’s in it for you: • Site Location: Midland, Texas • NO set schedule - (Flexibility for any days and times are necessary) • Competitive hourly wage of $21 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options • Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld • Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Response Security Guard: • SRO's will be assigned to train in all posts of the site(s). • Provide a high standard of customer service through professional interaction with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors, and management. • Will be scheduled a variety of shifts due to call-offs or openings • Various vehicle and Interior/Exterior Foot patrol • Varying Front Desk / Guard Shack / Metal Detector / Access Control posts • Shifts of 8 - 12 hours • Overtime only as necessay • Monitor the premises to ensure security • Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity • Control access points and verify identities • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security • Write detailed reports on events and incidents • Collaborate with authorities during serious situations • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Response Security Guard: • Be authorized to work in the U.S. • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations • Responsive and strong problem solving skills • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! • You have a state license if required • Must have open availability • Must have your own transportation • Must possess a valid driver's license • Must be 21 years of age or older • Able to accept last-minute assignments as needed • Flexibility a must as some job sites are very busy while others are slower paced • Security, Military, or Law Enforcement background preferred, but not required In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to beCertified by Great Place to Work.
