As a casual Security Officer β Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether itβs customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

β’ NO set schedule - (Flexibility for any days and times are necessary)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:
β’ SRO's will be assigned to train in all posts of the site(s).
β’ Provide a high standard of customer service through professional interaction with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors, and management.
β’ Will be scheduled a variety of shifts due to call-offs or openings
β’ Various vehicle and Interior/Exterior Foot patrol
β’ Varying Front Desk / Guard Shack / Metal Detector / Access Control posts
β’ Shifts of 8 - 12 hours
β’ Overtime only as necessay
β’ Monitor the premises to ensure security
β’ Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
β’ Control access points and verify identities
β’ Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
β’ Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
β’ Write detailed reports on events and incidents
β’ Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
β’ Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications for Response Security Guard:
β’ Be authorized to work in the U.S.
β’ Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
β’ Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
β’ Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
β’ Responsive and strong problem solving skills
β’ If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience β even better!
β’ You have a state license if required
β’ Must have open availability
β’ Must have your own transportation
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license
β’ Must be 21 years of age or older
β’ Able to accept last-minute assignments as needed
β’ Flexibility a must as some job sites are very busy while others are slower paced
β’ Security, Military, or Law Enforcement background preferred, but not required
