Technical/Functional Skills
- Skill: Aveva PI system, Azure Cloud, IOT implementation
- Overall, 5-6 years experience with At least 2-3 years proven experience on OSIsoft PI system
- Familiar with OSIsoft PI System implementation, issue troubleshooting, and PI system support(optional), having role as PI system analyst or engineer
- Must have good understanding on OT-IT integration, especially PI data integration from various system like DCS, SCADA, OPC, Azure, and other IT systems.
- Good knowledge on PI OPC, PI-to-PI , UFL interfaces, PI DA, PI AF Analytics, PI Vision, PI datalink, PI ML, PI webapi.
- Working Experience on Azure cloud would be added advantage
- Any IOT implementation experience would carry more weight to our delivery framework.
- Typical knowledge of process in a production environment with integration of automation systems.
- Understand of specific information exchange between DCS, SCADA and PIMS. Preferably associated with OSIsoft PI.
- Well acquainted with the details and project delivery phases of a PIMS implementation project and specific preconditions for a PIMS project to run successfully.
- Technical education (Control engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and related in combination with a technology or computer science component as a major or minor
- Optional: Familiar with modern technologies/techniques (BPMN, TOGAF/Archmate, MESA, ISA-95, ISA-88. Etc)
