This role is part of the internal Digital Activation Team at Nestle Purina called The Feed. The Digital Strategy & Content Specialist will be responsible for accelerating and activating our digital strategy across several consumer contact points, including paid social media, email, and other digital content communications. This includes working with internal and external partners to recommend key strategies and tests for critical areas that can impact the business via measurable equity and sales lifts. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic insight, attention to detail, and project management skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit to pioneer new courses and impact to the company. You will have strong digital strategy & content development abilities as they bring their brand activations to life through compelling content that results in high impact consumer experiences.
- Research, brainstorm, and propose digital/social strategy solutions to assigned brand/consumer initiatives, including collaboration with internal and external data, partners, and key stakeholders on plan
- Drive growth of equity, sales, ROI, and productivity savings through the implementation of digital/social business initiatives
- Create, manage, and deliver exceptional social/digital content and strategic activation recommendations on assigned brand channels/contact points while working with partnered Content Designers and internal and external channel experts to impact the business measurably
- Influence partners internally and externally to apply data-driven Best Practice to digital/social activations, and maximize resources
- Proactively offer creative ideas and solutions on the latest insights from digital/social to Consumer Business Unit partners to help improve results
- Work with analytic and expert partners to optimize brand social activations to deliver more impact.
- Work directly with media experts + channels on delivering content that maximizes impact with efficient non-working resources.
- Collaborate with Digital/Social Centers of Excellence and other internal experts on quickly testing Next Practice - with an emphasis on speed to market and efficiencies
- Champion deep content expertise in assigned digital and social for continuous improvement and reference within The Feed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in digital strategy & content creation including paid social media required.
Other
- Experience with CRM/email, and personalized content preferred.
