Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The individual will be a member of India Consulting HR team and shall report into the HR
Manager. The individual is responsible for managing the end-to-end Graduation process and related
analysis, and supporting with other DEI initiatives for BCG India Consulting teams.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Exit Processing and Attrition Analysis
• Guiding exiting employees through their transition out of the system
• Maintaining a real-time detailed database of all exiting employees
• Working closely with other HR & functional teams and the exiting employee to process all exit
formalities and documentation.
• Regularly analysing attrition across various parameters
• Contributing insights to business decisions based on planning and forecasting.

• Updating correct data into the internal HR system consistently
• Adhering to tight timelines and taking on end to end ownership of the Graduation process.
• Leading multiple retention efforts
• Collaborating with senior leaders in the firm to manage exit interviews and build action plans
based on learnings.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Post-Graduate certificate in any field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience into HR Ops / HRBP / HR Generalist / HR Analytics
• Experience in a service industry preferably an MNC
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced technical skills with proficiency in Excel analytics
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Excellent Project Management and eye to detail
• Sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High professionalism and an ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Solid ownership and a self-driven approach
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, willing to take a hands-on approach and able to excel in a large international company culture.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
