Key Responsibilities: • Collect, organize, and analyze production data from various manufacturing processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency, yield rates, downtime, and other critical metrics. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to management and production teams. • Identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement in production performance. • Collaborate with production, quality control, and engineering teams to identify and resolve data-related issues. • Support the implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance production workflows and achieve efficiency goals. • Conduct root cause analysis for production-related issues and assist in recommending corrective actions. • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed by leadership. • Ensure that all production data is accurately documented and maintained in compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in following disciplines, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. • 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with production data systems, ERP systems, or manufacturing software is an asset. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity. • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is an asset. Working Conditions: • Full-time position. • Occasional travel may be required based on project needs. • Flexible working hours and potential for remote work depending on the company policy.
