Job Description

Responsibilities
ο‚· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Serve as the primary point of
contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions
according to customer needs.
ο‚· Ensure vendors to participate on weekly campaigns, mega campaigns as well as month
long product wise deals.
ο‚· Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to
expand the business.
ο‚· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, product development) to
ensure seamless service delivery.
ο‚· Educate vendors on new products and features, driving adoption and utilization.
ο‚· Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by vendors. Act as a
liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
ο‚· Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, vendors feedback,
and market analysis.
ο‚· Revive inactive vendors to ongoing partnership by contract negotiation or by solving the
issue.

Qualifications

ο‚· The candidate is required to have a BBA degree in any field of study.
ο‚· Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, key account
management, sales.
ο‚· Strong communication skills and an assertive approach to negotiations.
ο‚· Innovative thinking and strategic mindset for effective business development.
ο‚· Results-driven mentality with a focus on business outcomes and strategic
planning
