Whether your expertise lies in finance tech or marketing/sales youll be joining a team that works with leading VC/PE-backed startups high-growth companies and investment firms around the world.

We are actively looking for:

• Financial Recruiters

For roles like investment analyst accountant financial controller and FP&A lead.

• Marketing & Sales Recruiters

For roles such as performance marketers brand managers partnership leads account executives and growth specialists.

• Tech Recruiters

For roles including software engineers product managers devs with Web3 or AI focus

What You'll Be Doing

• Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to structured interviews and offer stage

• Specializing in one of our verticals finance tech or marketing/sales

• Partnering with internal teams to deliver on individual roles or bulk hiring projects

• Conducting high-quality assessments and interviews with a structured insight-driven approach

• Delivering a high-touch professional candidate experience

• Staying informed on hiring trends in your vertical and advising clients accordingly

• Supporting hiring in adjacent areas when needed (we value adaptability!)

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in your chosen vertical

• Previous work with VC/PE-backed companies recruitment firms or startups preferred

• Strong understanding of industry-specific roles competencies and hiring challenges

• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

• Experience with international and remote hiring

• Excellent communication organization and time management skills

• Comfort with using structured assessment tools and systems

• A university degree in a relevant field (Finance Marketing Business Tech etc.)
