Job Description

Lead customer complaint resolution process, including communication with customers, initialize and lead corrective actions at factory, 8D reporting and statistics.

Your responsibilities:

• The customer-oriented management approach and basic principles of successful customer relations that focus on interactions with customers such as technical support, customer services, after-sales support and direct communication with the customer,

• Analyze quality issues, initiate and lead quality projects, define improvements and corrective actions,

• Create, implement and sustain quality standards, ensure compatibility of the product and processes with customer requirements, standards and other arrangements,

• Assist with the creation, implementation and ensure conformance with instructions, guidelines and procedures,

• Participate in system, process and products audits and other quality certifications,

• Initiation and supervision over the reporting non-conformities / complaints to the suppliers,

• Readiness for travelling within Europe.

Your background:

• Preferred technical degree (Quality Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering),

• 2-3 years of experience on similar position in production area would be an asset,

• Experience in quality management methods, quality tools and measurements systems,

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and problem solving/root cause analysis,

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP), Power BI,

• Good knowledge of English - communication in an international environment, documentation in English,

• Detail oriented, analytical skills,

• Well organized/good organizational skills,
