Springboard Internship - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview
You will assist the Senior Talent Manager in various aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment strategy.
Job Responsibilities 

• Candidate Sourcing & Outreach – Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest in open positions.
• Interview Coordination & Support – Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure clear and timely communication with all parties involved to facilitate a smooth interview process.
• Job Posting & Advertising – Create and manage job postings on multiple job boards and the company website. Help develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
• Database Management and Talent Mapping – Assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Conduct talent mapping to identify and track potential candidates, leveraging various sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Applicant Tracking & Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the team.
• Onboarding Assistance – Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for the new hires.
• Talent Acquisition Projects – Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity recruitment strategies, and process improvements.

Experience Needed / Our Requirements 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• You have an interest in building a career in recruitment and human resources.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
