SQL Developer

Duties Applications Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and providing Tier-3 support for applications, systems, and IT products required to enable business objectives. Responsibilities include timely triage of issues, enhancements, and bug fixes to production software systems. The ability to support ad-hoc database queries and data manipulation is a must. Candidates must document user incidents and requests in a ticket tracking system.Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities • Use deep subject matter expertise, influence, and process skills to help enterprise clients and stakeholders identify and meet their high-priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications. • Encourage informed risk-taking and act as a catalyst for innovation; generate practical, sustainable, and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources. • Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices; leverage expertise to produce solutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitate exceptional performance. • Perform assessments and listen to clients to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft standard desktop applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Visio, and Project. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Experience in designing, implementing, and providing Tier-3 support for applications and systems. • Ability to support ad-hoc database queries and data manipulation.Desired Skills • Experience with ticket tracking systems for documenting user incidents and requests. • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in specialized areas of applications development. • Ability to generate innovative solutions and facilitate exceptional performance.#PSI2 #LI-WJ1
