The Opportunity We’re seeking an ambitious, career‑orientedCPA or EAwith5+ yearsof recent public accounting experience to join our dynamic team. In this senior role, it requires a proactive individual who can analyze financial data, ensure accuracy in reporting, and contribute to the overall financial health of client and organization. You will work directly with our partners and staff to deliver exceptional service across tax compliance, planning, financial reporting, and cash‑flow analysis. Key Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with clients at all levels—translating technical concepts into clear recommendations • Lead and manage day‑to‑day client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of tax returns, planning deliverables, and financial reports • Analyze complex financial data; identify trends, variances, and opportunities for client improvement • Provide proactive tax planning and cash‑flow forecasting for corporations, S‑corps, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and individuals • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and securities reporting requirements • Mentor and guide junior staff; foster a collaborative, growth‑focused team environment Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation • Active CPA or EA license in California • 5+ years of public accounting experience—ideally with closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals. • Entertainment industry experience a plus. • Strong understanding of accrual and cash accounting, double‑entry bookkeeping, and financial statements • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills • Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results‑driven mindset • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Profit sharing • Vision insurance License/Certification: • EA license (Preferred) • CPA license (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Burbank, CA 91505 (Required) Work Location: In person
