About CPE: The role requires a blend of project management skills and the technical ability to perform the work as needed. The Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) role focus is to raise corporate consciousness of CPE as a high priority and embed CPE in the way that we do business every day and in every part of Microsoft. The goal is to help lead an ongoing cultural transformation to continually evolve to a more customer- and partner-centric culture. Each CPE team member will ensure that a high level of accountability exists across the business to drive focus and execution excellence, ultimately improving Net Satisfaction (NSAT), end-to-end customer & partner experience, and cultural transformation within Business Groups and Segments. This position will require a candidate with a good balance of experience and knowledge in driving strategy, planning and execution of initiatives across an organization, and understanding of working with customers and partners effectively to drive excellent satisfaction. Key criteria that we would look for in a successful candidate is: • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft, with a specific understanding of how our field teams work and how we operate with customers in the field • Somebody who has a strong business analytics background and can help us evaluate the current solutions and shape the future approach of how we can utilize the customer experience data available and connect that to the business metrics that the company is driving towards • Thought leadership and ability to co-create a solution with us building on best practices that we have in certain areas around the world (UK, WE, etc.) to create a go-forward plan to scale solutions and shape direction. Key Responsibilities • Partner with GCX (Global Customer Experience) teams across the organization to define meaningful metrics, shape requirements, and turn analysis into actionable insights. • Serve as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders to implement dashboard production changes. • Design and build prototype Power BI dashboards and visualizations using multiple data sources. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enrich existing datasets, enabling more powerful reporting and analytics. • Identify and investigate unusual patterns in customer activity, presenting clear, data-driven findings. • Provide ad-hoc analyses and targeted data extracts to support data science initiatives. • Contribute to the development of impactful quarterly executive presentations. Expected Impact: • Democratization of data solutions to support the A14 CPE teams WW • Standardization and simplification of aggregating reporting views WW to drive analysis and execution at the Area level • Clear set of needs and requirements for data aggregation north star from field CPE perspective Qualifications • 5 years of practical experience in program or project management, or business operations – preferably in the tech industry. • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA degree preferred) in business, marketing, information technology or other computer-related discipline. • Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome • Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights • History of driving operational discipline as well as innovation Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English), with strong organizational and planning capabilities. • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to connect business metrics to customer behavior through survey data. • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnerships across teams. • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including proficiency in DAX and SQL for data sourcing and transformation. • Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices. • Knowledge of survey metrics and methodology is highly desirable.Compensation range for position is $126,000 to 140,000/year DOE.
