Sr. Billing Specialist

Northwest Austin, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts including high volume invoicing and maintaining an internal client inbox for customer service, billing changes, requests, or any billing-related questions
• Maintain accurate accounting data entry; demonstrate attention to detail
• Handle vendor relations/follow-up on questions and refer issues to appropriate parties
• Create custom invoices as needed
• Perform GL coding to appropriate accounts

• Must have 1+ years' experience in a high-volume Billing/Vendor Relations & Customer Service function
• Excel (VLOOKUPs) & ERP experience; NetSuite is preferred
• Solid understanding of general ledger and accounting
