This role will be remote. Ideally, candidates will be able to work in Central Time Zone business hours.

Reporting to the Manager of Quality Engineering, the Senior QA Engineer is a proven leader who will lead quality assurance initiatives for Harley-Davidson across our Omni-channel initiatives.

In this role you will:

• Be well-versed with QA methodologies- write reusable, testable, and maintainable test scripts
• Create test scenarios and execute functional test cases that will serve as acceptance test criteria for enhancements and new applications
• Have experience with using DevOps process for user story review, bug analysis, monitoring automation runs
• Provide defect management oversight by providing timely defect reporting, safekeeping and tracking through defect-life-cycle
• Find ways to enhance the testing process with new tools, strategies or techniques to troubleshoot problems and perform complex system tests
• Have a basic understanding of databases and writing SQL scripts
• Leading End to End testing and UAT
• Develop Test Automation with open source and market-leading vendor solutions to create functional, regression, or performance tests.
• Collect and effectively communicate test execution metrics
• Have solid knowledge of tools like HP UFT, Selenium, Appium, etc
• Be proficient in JAVA programming language
• Coordinate the daily testing activities with nearshore and offshore team

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in testing enterprise software solutions
• Expertise in automation testing
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• QA testing experience in automated testing, code repository and deployment tools such as Selenium, HP QTP, HP UFT, Cucumber, TestNG, Silk test, SVN, Gradle, Jenkins, etc
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a collaborative team environment
