We are currently seekinga highly capable leader to join our senior management team, specializing in theUrban Air Mobility marketplace. In this role, you will lead a cross-functionalteam of engineers, architects, certification specialists and other technicalprofessionals to set the technical vision and technology roadmap, and developand implement a UAM product roadmap and UAM products. You will also develop andimplement processes, including agile development in an aerospace context, willlead to new opportunities for Honeywell to scale quickly and move withspeed.
You will:
-Be a part of the UAS/UAM leadership team
-Develop and drive the technology vision and roadmap for UAM/UAS, both within our business and collaboratively across all of the other businesses in Honeywell Aerospace.
-Lead the UAS/UAM engineering team that delivers core products and customer application programs
-Interact with senior-level leaders including Honeywell staff, partners and customers.
-Work effectively across geographic boundaries.
-Analyze the market for competitive intelligence to develop growth opportunities.
-Support comprehensive Honeywell UAM strategies and development from an integrated system perspective, including both Propulsion and Avionic System architectures.
-Working with UAM/UAS and other business units (GBEs) offering management, UAM/UAS sales and the rest of the leadership team, develop product roadmaps synchronized with UAM strategic growth plans
-Support marketing Voice of the Customer, competitive intelligence and build customer advocacy
-Act as an executive technical spokesperson within Honeywell and with OEM customers
-Act as a technical focal point with regulatory authorities
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
You Must Have:
-Degree in Engineering
-Must be a US person (US citizen, US permanent resident or individual with protected status i.e. asylum/refugee) due to US export control laws and regulations.
