Position Summary

As a Senior eContent Specialist within our eCommerce Marketing group, you will support the digital shelf by serving as a center of excellence for eContent creative best practices. What does your day-to-day look like? Partnering with brand teams to oversee and monitor the end-to-end content development process for new item launches, renovations & optimizations, while leading strategic partnerships and projects to accelerate content capabilities. You must be able to find your 'square' - find passion in the work you do and develop meaningful partnerships with your customers. - Identify and coordinate brand eContent needs, including timeline management, deliverable tracking, and maintenance of status report
- Provide and maintain accurate project dates and overall status of end-to-end process
- Manage content creation requests
- Identify risks to timing and provide prompts at key milestones
- Own the end-to-end eContent development process serving as liaison across internal and agency teams
- Educate & train brands teams on best approach to brief content needs
- Lead key agency engagements and trainings for new capabilities
- Responsible for identifying process optimizations to better fit the needs of key stakeholders
- Lead strategic content optimization projects driving on site findability and conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years of professional experience with 3+ years' of that experience in eCommerce, eContent, SEO or equivalent
Other
- 2+ years working in content publishing platforms (Salsify, Syndigo) is preferred
