Top Requirements
• Experience with healthcare data (OMOP, FHIR, HL7, DICOM, EHRs, WGS)
• Extensive backend/database experience (preferably in GCP or AWS)
• Frontend experience (JavaScript, React)
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience:7+ years of professional experience as a seasoned software engineer, with a significant focus on building full-stack, data-driven applications.Architectural & Strategic Acumen:
• Proven ability to translate business objectives and product roadmaps into technical architectures and end-to-end solutions.
• Demonstrated experience taking complete ownership of projects from inception toFull-Stack Proficiency:
• Frontend: Expert-level proficiency with React, TypeScript, js, Tailwind CSS.
• Backend: Strong command of js, Python, andAPIs (FastAPI)Data Expertise:
• Extensive experience with data modeling, database design (relational and NoSQL), and query optimization.
• Proven ability to build and manage data
• Data Lakes, Data Warehouses,
• Experience working with Structured, Unstructured, and semi-structuredCloud Platforms:
• Proficiency in key services on both AWS and
• Deep understanding of cloud-nativeDevOps & Tools:
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Understanding and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, particularlyIndustry Knowledge:
• Demonstrable experience working within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries, with an understanding of relevant data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).AI Integration:
• Hands-on experience with integrating and deploying AI tools or machine learning models into production applications.Methodology:
• Strong background in Agile development
