What You’ll Do • Design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant full stack applications (front-end + back-end). • Learn new skills in a unique niche pushing the limitation of multimedia management systems in a fast paced project driven environment. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such asCursor, Grok, and similar LLM-driven platformsto enhance productivity, code quality, and testing. • Write clean, tested, and documented code focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, development, code review, deployment, and monitoring. • Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. • Identify performance, usability, and architecture bottlenecks and propose solutions. • Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, web, and distributed systems, applying them to improve product capabilities. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of full stack developmentwith strong skills in: • Front-end:React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI). • Back-end:Node.js, Elixir/Phoenix, or similar modern frameworks. • Databases:Relational (Postgres, MySQL, Supabase) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis). • Proven experience usingAI-powered development tools(Cursor, Grok, Copilot, etc.) in production workflows. • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices. • Experience deploying toGIT, AWS, GCP, or Azure, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Must bebased in Las Vegasand availableonsite M–F, 7:00am–4:00pm. Nice to Have • Experience with real-time media applications, AV/telecom systems, or device automation. • Hands-on UX/UI design experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Experience integrating AI/ML APIs into production systems. • Familiarity with interactive mapping or GIS libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, etc.). Job Type & Working Conditions • Full time, 40 hours/week. • Onsite:Las Vegas, NV office (M–F, 7:00am–4:00pm). • No sponsorship available.
