Sr. Game Programmer Responsibilities:

Design and refine AI behaviors to enhance game interactions and create a challenging environment.
•
Develop and integrate mechanics, controls, and UI for a cohesive gaming experience.
•
Work closely with designers, artists, and other programmers to enhance gameplay and AI features.
•
Build scalable systems for gameplay, networking, and AI.
•
Address performance issues to improve game stability and efficiency.
•
Ensure robust, scalable code that supports efficient workflows.
•
Rapidly prototype and iterate on features to align with the game’s vision.
Sr. Game Programmer Qualifications:
•
4+ years in game development with Unreal Engine and at least one shipped multiplayer title.
•
Proficient in Blueprints and C++, with expertise in gameplay mechanics, AI development, and optimization.
•
Skilled in AI techniques, including Behavior Trees and Blackboards.
•
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams.
