Sr GM, Project Management

Areas of responsibility: -

è The candidate will be responsible for wall to wall management of project development and interface with all stakeholders and drive everyone for quick decisions and deliver project successfully.

è The Project Manager would play a major role in performing business analysis and liaison with all support functions, and engineering team to realize all project objectives meeting all KPI's

è Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that adherence to defined process and ensuring product quality while executing the project

Technical Competencies: -

è The candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills, Should also have a strong engineering background along with good working knowledge of Power Electronic Product manufacturing with good overview of Electrical/Mechanical/Firmware/Software functions

è Take total ownership of Transfer/New development/Cost reduction projects

è Manage project resources, Secure resources for project. Liaison with functional managers and other stake holders for all necessary approvals/decisions. Able to work in a matrix organization structure proactively to take actions and get thing done ,

è Resolve conflict and manage all project risks in a systematic manner.

Qualification:-

è Bachelor s / Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with 7 to 10 Years experience

è Experience in New product development life cycle is preferred

è Project Management Certification is preferred (PMP)

è Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum practice and Proven skills in leading, developing, and managing teams

è Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to Electroncis products preferable •

è Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them before they become significant issues

è Good understanding in DFM, DFMEA, DFT, AFMEA, SFMEA

Qualifications
