Bring ideas to life. As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the vision, design, and delivery of compelling creative that powers Jewelers Mutual’s product success. From launch campaigns to sales collateral, you’ll ensure every asset reflects our brand excellence across print and digital channels. You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to shape high-impact materials that drive engagement, adoption, and growth. Overseeing workflows, creative resources, and production timelines, you’ll balance artistry with precision to deliver consistent, on-brand results. In this role, you’ll combine creative leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to transform strategy into stunning, effective storytelling.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and deliver high quality, compelling creative in support of a particular JM product
• Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other business stakeholders to deliver all creative and collateral assets tied to the product rollout.
• Manage the end-to-end production of print and digital collateral (brochures, flyers, sales kits, event materials, etc.), ensuring timelines, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Oversee workflows, approvals, and deliverables across internal resources and external agencies/vendors.
• Provide creative direction for product-specific campaigns and materials while upholding Jewelers Mutual brand standards.
• Ensure the product specific creative team operates efficiently by standardizing processes and implementing best practices in production and project management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related creative needs, ensuring alignment across business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure deliverables support business goals and compliance requirements.
• Anticipate and resolve roadblocks to maintain momentum on projects and keep leadership informed of progress.What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in creative services, with a focus on collateral and production.
• Experience managing a small team and/or agency relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align creative deliverables to business goals.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with creative production tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred), MS Office, and project management platforms (Workfront, JIRA, etc.).
