Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly skilled and versatile Sr. Graphic Designer & Visual Lead to bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a sharp eye for detail, layout, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day design needs while also helping to shape the visual direction of our brand. From marketing campaigns to web assets and social content, you'll craft cohesive, elevated creative. Additionally, you’ll art direct photoshoots on occasion—guiding our in-house photographer to ensure imagery aligns with our brand aesthetic and goals. In addition, you will be responsible for executing all marketing and brand materials- think lookbooks, email campaigns, direct mail, leave behinds, website visuals and more.
Responsibilities
• ·Design Execution & Brand Stewardship
o Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets including email templates, social media graphics, web banners, collection page headers, direct mail, leave behinds, catalogs, and trade materials.
o Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints with consistency and creativity.
o Develop and maintain brand guideline
o Translate brand strategy and messaging into visually compelling campaigns and content.
·Web & E-Commerce Design
o Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce agency to design engaging website assets (landing pages, product features, collection headers, etc.).
o Ensure product imagery, PDP, layout, and design to support the DTC customer journey and drive conversions.
o Help shape and maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints for elevated e-commerce brand
o AI image generation: AI tools (Mid Journey, etc) to visually create lifestyle images as needed for additional assets in lei of existing photography.
·Art Direction
o Occasionally art direct photoshoots—including product, and campaign photography—to ensure alignment with the brand aesthetic.
o Provide shot lists, mood boards, and creative guidance to photographer before and during shoots.
o Spearhead creative ideas for additional assets, including flat lays, hero images, etc.
o Oversee image selection and post-production processes in partnership with the marketing team.
·Campaign & Content Development
o Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns, product launches, and storytelling.
o Collaborate with the marketing team, to support promotions and initiatives.
·Project Management & Collaboration
o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through execution, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
o Work directly with marketing on all projects and collaborations to bring projects to life.
o Stay current on design trends and competitive landscape to keep the brand fresh and inspiring.
o Manage and organize visual assets, including templates, logos, and photography ensuring asset catalog is tagged and maintained properly, etc.
o Contribute to creative brainstorms and campaign planning sessions
o Attend weekly marketing update meetings to ensure goals are being met.
Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art or related field.
● 8+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house) preferably in a consumer facing or lifestyle brand
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, etc.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, layout, print collateral and multi-channel execution
● Some experience in art direction, especially for photoshoots or content creation.
● Basic Photo editing/retouching skills
● Knowledge of digital design best practices (email, web, social)
● Strong eye for layout, typography, color and composition
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
● Passion for interior design, architecture, or artisan goods a plus
