Job Description
As aSr. HSE Engineer – Centralized Training Coordinatorhere at Honeywell, you will own the training system across multiple Aerospace Technologies (AT) sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and digital enablement. This role will act as the training system administrator, driving the Management Operating System (MOS) for training and governance.
You will report directly to our Director HSE and you’ll work 100% onsite at our Phoenix, AZ facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer Oracle training platform migration and implementation
• Maintain and drive the Aero-level Learning Plan
• Develop and deploy training content aligned with HSE MS in conjunction with subject matter expertise
• Drive the Management Operating System (MOS) for training, including:
• Reviewing and updating training requirements with SMEs
• Establishing and maintaining corporate and SBG common training content
• Assigning and tracking training completion plan across LMS and site-level roles
• Supporting in-person training coordination and documentation
• Managing governance processes, dashboards, and approval workflows
• Create dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Tableau
• Support onboarding and learning acceleration through AI summarization tools
• Lead and maintain an Aerospace HSE Training Council
• Travel requirement: up to 25% (US/Canada)
• Relocation support may be provided
YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years in training program management
• 1+ years of hands-on HSE experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to document and track all direct time charges to projects
