Sr. HVAC Technician (minimum 5 yrs experience)

JM Engineering benefits for this position consists of the following: • Biweekly pay • Annual bonus • On-call pay and overtime pay • Paid holidays • Paid vacation time • Bereavement leave • Medical benefits • 401k retirement plan • Personal Development Program • Company vehicle • Company uniforms • Company cell phone Primary Duties: • Corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of various brands of commercial heating, ventilation, ducting and air conditioning systems; • Upgrade and install various brands of commercial heating, ventilation, ducting and air conditioning systems; • Service and repair various brands of chillers and boilers; • Ensure the safety and reliability of equipment and systems; • Complete and maintain accurate and detailed paperwork; • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle; and, • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Ideal candidate should have commercial HVAC, HVAC Service Technician or HVAC Maintenance experience. • High school diploma and valid Texas driver’s license required. • Required Refrigerant Transition and Recovery certification (Universal). • Current TDLR AC Technician.
