We are passionate about our customers so we’re looking for an all star Instructional Designer / Technical Course Developer who is ready to join our growing team. We need a dedicated advocate who possesses curriculum design skills and can take the lead on solving issues.

You will work closely with all Customer Success teams to ensure customers achieve their business objectives, leverage our established best practices and act as the voice of the customers internally.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Collaborating and supporting the Director of Programs & Education in establishing and carrying out learning strategies and design decisions
  • Creating course outlines, project timeline projections and developing end-user training material in a variety of formats
  • Ensuring learning, performance and assessment objectives are appropriate for the intended audience
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure instructional materials are accurate and effective
  • Take initiative in the coordination and implementation of company initiatives from a learning perspective
  • LMS and data management for new course offerings
  • Exercising creativity to create short-form, and micro-learning type approaches. 
  • Driving and testing new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program strategies

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU:

  • Can take ownership of and periodically review content to ensure that it maintains relevance 
  • Review accuracy/quality of content 
  • Maintain content governance policies
  • Can manage multiple projects concurrently, monitors activity, progress, and time related to project development
  • Can work closely with SMEs to develop appropriate training materials to address the needs of the audiences internally and externally
  • Are able to stay current with the latest industry tools and trends in instructional design
  • Have familiarity with asynchronous e-learning content, SCORM files (xAPI) and lms management experience
  • Are data driven and reflective of training outcomes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Instructional Design certifications, and/or 5+ years of experience in instructional design
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating or guiding instructional design work
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Experience in user interface design, graphic design, developing storyboards, project management
  • Experience using Captivate, Articulate 360 or Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator), Camtasia (SnagIt), Audacity or other video/audio editing software.

  • Having knowledge of project management skills
  • Skilled at providing significant and timely feedback to peers on assigned projects
  • Having a strong ability to apply training theories and principles, including applied behavioral science, adult learning theory, and/or established industry models of evaluation as well as critique and guide instructional design work
  • Skilled at clearly and concisely conveying training content in a manner that engages learners and improves learning retention rates
  • Able to takes a leadership role in establishing training outcome measurements
  • Having strong relationship building skills to work within the department, with the field and with members of other departments
  • Experience with multiple presentation software programs
  • Experience with multiple video/audio editing software
  • The ability to dynamically present information in an engaging manner
  • Showcasing the ability to analyze data to drive content changes
