In this role you will:
- Envision, research, develop, and improve high impact ML/AI driven products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain production Python services used by over 50M students and teachers around the world every month
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML/AI and educational technology to ensure that our platform remains at the forefront of innovation
- Help to continuously evaluate and improve both new and existing ML/AI models and products
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members
What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning and a proven track record of delivering impactful, production ML solutions at scale
- 2+ years of experience working with machine learning techniques to enhance monetization strategies
- Deep understanding of machine learning approaches and techniques, as well as of product and user needs
- Proficiency in Python and production engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Passion for education and a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience for students
