Description and Requirements

Role and Responsibility

Responsible for in-depth research on cutting-edge large model technologies such as RAG, prompt and agent, exploring innovative large model expansion applications. Responsible for multi-modal large model technology selection, guiding CV algorithm pipeline work. Work closely with teams such as product, design, and project management to ensure that large model technology and other AI technologies can be implemented in existing scenarios and achieve the desired results.

Skills Required

• MSc or PhD in computer/information science, electronics engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years' R&D experience in AI algorithm
• 2+ years' team management
• Experience in using and fine-tuning foundation models, including but not limited to LLama, chatGLM, and Qianwen
• Familiar with image/video generation frameworks such as StableDiffusion
• Familiar with Python/C++/CUDA programming, and proficient in frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/MXNet;
• Good at project and people management
• Communication skills in business English
