Sr. Manager, Events and Brand Experience

Description: The Sr. Manager, Events & Brand Experience will play a pivotal role in driving conferences and events that align with Nuvem’s strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at managing a wide range of conferences & events working cross functionally on strategy and execution to maximize and measure impact. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will plan a critical role helping to represent Nuvem at conferences and industry events across the country. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of Nuvem event planning while meeting strict deadlines and staying within budget • Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events • Maintain exhibits and conference calendar, including preparing and shipping materials to shows • Remain current (and ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges • Travel and manage national conference exhibits and events throughout year • Lead the planning and execution of customer advisory board meetings • Assist departments in planning and executing internal employee events and meetings, including QBR’s, team building events, etc. • Foster a collaborative and growth mindset-oriented culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and recognition of achievements. “Nuvem provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or medical disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, military and/or veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by applicable state or federal law.”Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Substantial experience in event planning with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale conferences & events. • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience • Advanced proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Preferred Experience: • Experience working in healthcare industry • Excellent organizational and analytical skills Working Conditions: • Position is virtual with some travel required (20-25%) • Fast-paced environment requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Collaborative work with cross-functional teams across the organization
