Sr Manager- Mechanical Industrialization

Must have the necessary skills of development of parts for new products. Must have extensive knowledge on press tool and tool design and different process at suppliers place and also on capacity calculations. Should know part costing. Interacts with the Design team with regards to the new product development, reviews the design with respect to manufacturability and discuss alternate design solutions and alternate materials. Makes project schedules for the Development of Mechanical parts for New Product (both tooled up and non tooled up). Sound tooling knowledge, experience in soft tooling process and development. Should be able to independently manage DFM, DFA for sheet metal, busbars. Experience in jigs, fixtures & other sheet metal products & processes.
