Sr Manager Spare Parts Supply Chain.

Requirement.

  • Lead the Customer Service & Order Planning Team for effective Spare Part Delivery to the customers.
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Experience by driving Customer Engagement Program(Customer Connect Calls) across Focus Accounts, Direct Customers and Govt Customers
  • Improvise the MTBF model to increase the Forecast Accuracy/Coverage to facilitate Reduction in Customer Wait time and improve SO Completeness.
  • Leverage PPI to drive continual improvement - inculcate culture of RCCM for problem solving

  • Partner with All Service Businesses to exceed India Service Organic revenue growth
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and effective strategies to successfully implement innovative supply chain solutions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning within the supply chain team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mid to long range capacity and supply plans for the monthly SIOP process reviews.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
  • Facilitate weekly reporting on key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, DOS, inventory value, capacity, utilization, sourcing savings and PPI savings
  • Communicate, influence, and interact globally with our other functional partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance) to implement plans and achieve annual operating plan (AOP) goals

Skill sets required -

  • Demonstrated expertise of at least 8 years in supply chain management, emphasizing process improvement and effective decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams that consistently achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strict adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of inventory Modelling along with Planning experience.
  • Preferable - hands on experience with one or more BI platforms (Power BI, etc.)
