Job Description
What will you do?
- Responsible for the performance of Supply Chain Planning organization for several countries in South America Region.
- Inventory Strategy definition and alignment with stakeholders to enable business strategy, competitiveness, and proper level of inventory levels.
- Regular review of Stocking Policy, Safety Stock and standard modal freight to optimize and balance availability, competitive lead time, costs and CO2 consumption.
- Manages overall inventory performance for territory including Distribution Centers and Plants: Days of Inventory, Net Inventory, Unhealthy Stock, Provisions
- Plan and ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers commercial event, NPI/EOL projects.
- Masterdata and MRP planning parameters maintenance and data quality check.
- End to End Supply Chain orchestration working closely with Replenishment, Logistics, Suppliers and SIOP leaders to delivery on time in full and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Distribution Requirement Planning process to ensure upstream demand visibility
- Engages in SIOP process providing E2E Supply Review and escalate supply risks
- Measure KPIs performance and root cause analysis to stablish course of actions and continuous improvement culture.
- Lead a team of Regional Supply Planners & Inventory SME reporting to South America Planning Director

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong and relevant track record leading planning functions responsible for supply planning & inventory performance
- Ability to navigate across the organization aligning different stakeholder in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Suppliers, Manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge and previous engagement with SIOP, Demand Planning and Replenishment process
- Strategic inventory management working with Finance in working capital optimization.
- Previous experience working with multi-country and diverse culture
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity on a very dynamic and matrix organization environment.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 10 years work experience
- More than 5 years leading people & management skills
- Domain SAP system in material management (MRP)
- Kinaxis knowledge will be a plus.
- English and Spanish fluency
