This position will be based in the Springfield, TN.

All about the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tooling Manager professional to join our team! The Tooling Manager – You will be part of Plant ME and Maintenance team. You will lead Tooling area, including internal and external tooling management, toolmakers and corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. You will support the engineering team with your leadership and background with improvement projects, make or buy strategy and you will manage all resources necessary to Tooling shop perform in accordance with Global and local Electrolux drives. You will support operation team and leadership team, being responsible to keep the assets on high performance production (productivity, cost, quality and reliability).

You will be a business and people leader, working in collaboration and teamwork across the organization like Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and others.

What you’ll do:

• Site responsible for Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance and tooling availability.

• Support the maintenance team and factory leadership with Capex and Opex information.

• Work directly to improve time to repair and reliability of tooling.

• Define Preventive, Predictive plan and spare parts for tooling.

• Responsible for people/team development., three shifts.

Qualifications and preffered qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or technical academic equivalent.

• Min 10 years of experience in Tooling projects, production and maintenance.

• Preferable previous experience in leadership position.

• Previous project tooling experience.

• General overview about Spares parts management.
